WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. chikimiki provides free domestic shipping for products that are sent and delivered within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). chikimiki does not ship to P.O. boxes. chikimiki also provides free international shipping for products that are sent outside of the United States on product orders of over five hundred U.S. dollars ($500). For international shipping of products for orders equal to or less than five hundred dollars, you will be charged for the cost of shipping. For international shipping of products, regardless of the value of the order, you will be responsible for the payment of all related taxes and duties.

As soon as we ship your purchase, we will email you your shipping confirmation, which includes the tracking number for your delivery. If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case that UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, chikimiki is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, chikimiki is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
chikimiki is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In such instances, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orders over $500 USD are shipped free of charge. You will just need to pay for the duty and taxes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return most new items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, you must email us with: (i) your name and address, (ii) the reason for the return, and (iii) the original order number at email@example.com. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets and labels must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your return authorization number clearly documented. chikimiki reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the foregoing criteria. In such instance, chikimiki will send the product back to the customer.
